I expected a much higher standard based on the hotel’s rating. I wouldn’t recommend Ira and will likely choose a different place to stay next time.
I would give 5 stars for the staff, they provided amazing service.

Courteous and Friendly Staff . Food quality is excellent and fresh . Comfortable and Clean Rooms very well maintained. Toiletries were provided best thing is the use of wooden combs and brushes which is sustainable in comparison to others.

Hotel Ira by Orchid in Ayodhya offers a modern and comfortable stay experience, catering well to both pilgrims and leisure travelers. It has high standards of cleanliness and courteous, attentive staff (Mr Sonu). Check- in process is smooth, professional service, and the helpful attitude of the front desk and restaurant teams is really nice. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, featuring modern amenities like Wi-Fi, comfortable bedding, and hygienic bathrooms. Located approximately 15–20 minutes from the Ram Janmabhoomi Temple, the hotel is seen as conveniently situated away from the congestion of central Ayodhya, allowing for a peaceful retreat after sightseeing. Food is amazing. Overall food quality is great. I would surely recommend Ira by Orchid. Totally value for money.

It’s a beautiful experience in Ayodhya and the stay in the hotel is fantastic. The staffs are very cordial and ever smiling. The room is comfortable and having good space. When we are having breakfast Mr. Sonu was very helpful. We recommend to stay in this hotel.

The breakfast here was very nice and felt hygenic. The service was on time and Dhrmesh and Neha were very promt to help and attend us. For the rest, Anurag bhai were very polite and helpful throughout, he also went beyond to guide us with Ayodhy. The hotel i nice, comfortable, and a nice stay…. =)

The food was good . Service too . Mr Sonu , incharge of service , did a good job . Starters were nice . Hygienic food , we were given personal attention . Ordered food came on time...........overall it was a good experience. .......I suggest others to visit this place in Ayodhya

The staff is really Amazing!! All of them Are very polite and understanding , they also greet you everytime they see you😁 Food is Good too and the banquet place is pretty!!! Very hygienic and good service. The interior and Ambience of hotel is Amazing👍 Rooms are comfortable and very beautiful , it has an amazing shower place and very Nice to shower too ,liftens up the mood ,makes the tiredness go away😁 Overall the experience was great,would love to stay here again😁👍

Food Taste was excellent, service by Dharmesh Pandey was great. We ordered Mattar Paneer & Naan & it was very tasteful. The Shahi tukda is must try. Overall taste, service & ambience was very satisfactory. Hotel is nearby Ram Mandir. I will recommend this hotel highly.
