A new project emerged Villa Madile was built and opened in 2014.

家族で1部屋、40000円程度でこんな可愛らしい御伽話の中のような家に泊まれるのは信じられないくらい素敵な経験でした！
まるでフランスにお家を買ったような、感動的な気持ちにさせてくれます。
お庭は美しく、アメニティも（石鹸類やコーヒー、お茶、ヘアドライヤー、タオルなど）たくさんあります。スタッフも優しく、とても心地よい滞在でした。
残念なことは一つだけ、電波が弱すぎてWi-Fiがつながらないことでした。しかし、無料の電波に繋ぐことができるようスタッフは最大限の努力をしてくれましたし、私はeSIMを持っているので大きな問題ではありませんでした。問題は父です。そもそもなぜ旅行先に仕事を持って来なければならないのか不思議ですし、テザリングなどいくらでもやりようはあるのに、PCが使えず仕事ができないとイライラしていました。なので、滞在する人は仕事を片付けてから来てください。
そうしたら、本当に素敵な経験ができます。生憎時間がなく、素敵なテラスで朝ごはんをいただく優雅な経験はできませんでした。ですが、その経験のためにもまた戻って来たいと思える素敵な宿でした！
街の位置からして容易に旅行に行ける場所ではありませんが、特に日本の人はこの場所が大好きだと思います。日本には絶対にない雰囲気、景色ですから…海外の方がなぜ伝統的な日本家屋に泊まりたがるのかが理解できました。みんなにしってもらいたい気持ちと、ずっと秘密にしておきたい気持ち半々です。
ベッド数も十分で、トイレとシャワールームも分かれています！

OMG! This was one of our favorite stops. The owners were SO accommodating and the food some of the best we had ever eaten. (The curry sauce in the fish dish was INCREDIBLE.) We loved our stay! Just for information purposes, a car would be super helpful as the hotel is on the outskirts.

We stayed two nights in August 2025 in a ground floor room in the more modern annex with a nice terrace on the garden overlooking an ornamental pool. Had a very good dinner in the hotel restaurant. Breakfast excellent too. Staff very helpful in planning a short road trip up the coast to the Dior Museum in Granville. Unfortunately, we should have booked tickets 72 hours in advance to avoid a one-hour-plus line. We purposely avoided Mont St. Michel which would have been a mob scene in August. We should have had dinner at the hotel the second night as well, as there are few quality options in Avranches. Whatever you do, avoid the Cafe de l'Union.

First of all, this hotel embodies all the best aspects of the French countryside in Normandy. The atmosphere, the room design, the condition of the facilities, and the cleanliness — none of these left anything to be desired.
Breakfast was a real pleasure, enjoyed in a stylish and relaxing restaurant.
This was my second visit to Mont Saint-Michel, and I was able to enjoy it twice: first by moving closer in the evening to take in the beautiful distant view, and then by entering the site the following morning. It turned out to be a truly satisfying trip.

Perfect place for quite holiday near Mont Saint Mi
The room was beautiful and very tastefully decorated. It had two big French doors with a view to the garden. Staff was so professional and kind. Will recommend to all adult couples
