It would have been 5 but I have a few issue's. One, we're not here for fun. I fact we're here because my husband is having a medical procedure at 6:30am tomorrow morning. So, we're here from out of town and over night for less than 12 hours so he prepare for it. We had to pay FULL PRICE! 430.00/USD even after asking for the Cleveland Clinic patient discount upon check-in. Receptionist stated that she couldn't do that because it was a "Pre-Paid" rate? I've been able to get the discount credited to my card the last we stayed, with the same kind of reservation.

We had to be moved 3 times: 1st room had bedbugs, 2nd room had heating issues. 3rd room had a smell, and now we're being charged for smoking (News flash: we don't smoke) and for damages. If you have to stay here, make sure you take a video when you first check in (before you unpack your bags) and when you check out! You won't get any help...just extra charges for things you didn't do.

Disrepair and dishonesty
All plumbing fixtures loose and wobbly when trying to turn them on. Dishwasher leaked all over floor. Charge for smoking in nonsmoking room added to bill (we are not smokers). When we challenged desk clerk over charge he said he had no authority to remove it until we threatened consumer complaint to Ohio Attorney General.

Date night
Our room was incredibly comfortable and roomy. The breakfast was very sufficient and plentiful. The desk staff was warm upon check in. We would definitely stay again.

I was a participating vendor in an art and craft show in a venue which was conveniently located right next door to the establishment. The staff was very welcoming and the atmosphere relaxed. I'd choose to stay again.

Overall, the facility was nice, staff was polite and responsive, and the accommodations were good. It was difficult to regulate the room temperature. Some of my kitchen glasses looked dirty/greasy so I didn't use them. This is a very good location for my needs which were at the nearby hospital. There are lots of restaurants nearby.
