Convenient location opposite to Tourist Information Office and 10 mins walk from train station. Clean and new hotel rooms. Reception staff are pleasant and helpful

The hotel is about 5 minutes away from the central railway station, diagonally opposite the tourist information center, and there is a Carrefour supermarket nearby. The hotel room is not big, and compared to Ctrip's usual check-in time of 3 o'clock, this hotel allowed early check-in.

The room is small and the shower is right next to the bed, which is not very convenient. The room is facing the street and is noisy. The location is OK, in the old town, within a ten-minute walk from attractions and dining areas. There is nothing to eat for breakfast, and the variety is very simple

The hotel is located on the main street of the city, between the train station (centre) and the Papal Palace, within walking distance. The front desk staff is very friendly. Although the hotel is in an old building, it has been renovated in a simple and practical style. There are supermarkets, bars and restaurants nearby, and there are more restaurants to choose from further away.

Room 301 faces the patio, and the lighting is not good. The space is not large. The air conditioner is basically not turned on. You have to adjust it yourself at night to get cool air. Or open the window for ventilation. The cleaning is not very clean. There are a lot of short hairs on a pillowcase and on the toilet. There was no drinking water in the refrigerator when I checked in. The front desk brought two bottles. The next day, I got a bottle of water downstairs. On the third day, another female front desk was on duty. I called for water and said it would be charged. I bought a liter at Carrefour next door for a few cents. The service standards are not uniform. The surrounding environment is quite lively and safe. You can see the hotel when you leave the train station. It takes more than 10 minutes to walk to the church. It is quite convenient. The scope of play is not large.

This hotel was the biggest pitfall of our trip. I placed an order after seeing good reviews and pictures on Ctrip. However, the room was extremely small and there was nowhere to put things. It was a bit like our country guest house. The shower room was especially small and there was no place to put things. I even broke a beloved hairpin because of it. It is recommended that you stay in international chain hotels when traveling in the future, at least the standards are guaranteed. But what is commendable is that the hotel breakfast is not bad; Ctrip handles complaints very efficiently and professionally. But I still have to give an honest review of the hotel room to avoid future compatriots stepping into the trap.
