"Excellent location and cool swimming pool. The fitness centre is quite limited. Getting something to eat in the evening at the bar or getting a coffee in the morning is impossible. Also the bathroom was a little filthy, especially the shower cap full of mold. For 150 pounds per night I wasn't impressed at all. Staff not particularly friendly. It also looks past it's best days. I feel like management of this resort is weak and lacking and should be much better."

"This hotel is strongly advised to be avoided. Because it's located in the town center, it's very popular and therefore doesn't care about bookings, completely ignoring customer needs. I booked a month in advance and requested a quiet room, but was given the noisiest one. There was a constant, loud roaring noise from 6:00 AM to 10:30 PM. Upon investigation, I discovered that the restaurant kitchen was right below the room, and the powerful exhaust fan vent was right outside my window. The hotel exhibits serious discrimination; the guests are mostly middle-aged and elderly white people, and they deliberately give the worst rooms to Asians. The wait for a table at the restaurant is over an hour. I recommend avoiding this hotel; there are many other hotels to choose from in the surrounding area."

"Very disappointed with our stay at the hotel. The reception staff were not particularly pleasant however we put this down to the time of year and them being stressed. We had to go to reception as our bed hadn't been made correctly and on further inspection the bedding was stained and there were hairs allove the bottom sheet. When we politely advised of this we were met with an attitude. They did change bedding though. Ran a bath only to realise they hadn't cleaned bath not sure if just expect people to take showers however the mould and marks on tiles could make you believe they just don't clean properly unfortunately. We paid for breakfast for two days but didn't feel comfortable to eat there. There was some heavy snow and no attempt to clear the customer car park."
