We had an horrible experience. Gnats on our dinner and in restaurants. Double charged for stay. Had luggage removed from room for being a few minutes late at checkout.

Stayed a night over the weekend and was honestly disappointed. There was a wedding going on and a lot of day users. The beautiful rooftop pool was incredibly crowded. Unusable for many hotel guests. A wedding party and guests took over the outside bar so they closed early and it was impossible to find a seat. Even had to wait in a line over 12 deep to get on the elevator to my room. Some of the positives- Slept great in the hotel bed and definitely appreciated the cool decorations and attention to detail. Check in with Cooper was a breeze. Valet are as quick and polite as they can be. The big negative was just the overcrowding and use from parties outside the hotel. A small boutique hotel that is not equipped to share its space yet is still trying to. We won’t stay here the next time we are in Austin. It doesn’t feel like a hotel geared towards its hotel guests.

Loved my room, firm mattress, soft pillows, huge shower! The staff were knowledgeable, warm, and welcoming! The location was perfect, centrally located downtown with easy walking to bars, restaurants, and museums.

Went for son's wedding, great overall experience. Very clean, very friendly, and the food was amazing. The fitness center is like no other!

Great Service and we are very thankful for allowing a early check in, the staff was very helpful and I would highly recommend the 4th floor bar.

Great hotel and amenities. Was perfect size room for one person. Super clean and modern. Great bed sheets and quality of beddings. Location is hard to beat for downtown action or 6th street access. Lots of walking opportunities. Highly recommend!
