Front desk was fantastic. Welcoming and helpful in every request and local advice. Peyton and Aurora have great sense of humor in answering my old age computer questions. They are just great. The bartender, Vic reflected the same hospitality and managed to get us a great hamburger when the kitchen had just closed. We are grateful. We will return to Austin.

I’m happy we’re able to leave a review because this is a well deserved compliment to the staffs at this location. We spoke and met with George, and he was remarkable prior to arriving and during our stay. He made such a positive impact that we considered going to the store next door to buy him a present after we checked out but he did not work the day we checked out. George was very courteous and treated I and my family with the ultimate respect and kindness. I usually don’t leave reviews, but George and the rest of the team deserve a great review for the way we were taken care of. We came in to Austin for the F1 event from Houston, and George made us feel right at home and significantly made the F1 trip worth it. I can’t say enough good things about George, but I recommend he gets a raise and/or gift, because nowadays, you don’t find people with genuinely good heart that treat people with compassion and George encompasses all of that. I even watched his interaction with Emily, who seemed to be new and was being trained by George, at least that’s what it looked like. Emily was amazing as well and if did not know the answer to a question, asked and got us the answer we needed. Then there was Ms Peyton. She also was very sweet and treated my family with a lot of respect and my kids loved her. So without taking too much time, I’m sure my message seems all over the place, since I don’t usually leave reviews, this team deserved an honest heartfelt review on behalf of my family and I, we’re grateful to all of you for contributing positively to our stay in Austin this past weekend. And next time we have to come to Austin, and I’m able to afford to stay at this hotel again (since we used our credit card points this time), this will definitely be our first choice.
