Homewood Suites by Hilton TechRidge Parmer @ I-35

We had a wonderful stay at this Homewood Suites. The property is extremely well run, every employee we interacted with was kind and accommodating. Our room was spacious and the whole hotel is kept very clean. Our kids loved swimming in pool, which was bigger than expected! Housekeeping was timely everyday, parking was easy and the Texas shaped waffles at breakfast were the icing on top! Zero complaints. Great place to stay!

We have stayed at this hotel many times and this trip was not up to standards this time around. We were heavily inconvenienced with our room to elevator ratio. I specifically book rooms by the elevators due to convenience because of my heart condition. I had to walk from room 419 to main service elevator due to the elevator was out of order. My family and I is traveling from Tennessee. We had to do this for the entirety of our stay here. I had to call down for front desk twice because our room was not fully prepared for our stay (ie. Iron and cooking utensils were missing). Although upon request they were provided, it should have been there already. For our last day my husband and another guest staying there had to wait for the last round of breakfast to be served for over 30 minutes. That was so unacceptable. On top of that the cooking staff had an attitude about being asked twice when will it be ready. UNACCEPTABLE!! Also I was checked- out of the room before checkout time without my permission. My reviews are never negative because Hilton and Homewood has been good to us in the past but this stay the staff was not willing to go above and beyond for us due to the inconvenience. The ONLY employees that helped us was the young lady who checked us in and Miss Detrice. She was able to deescalate the breakfast situation and get us back into the room when I was inconveniently checked out. She provided great hospitality service and took the initiative to help us get situated before we departed. She deserves the honor of best customer care because she spoke to us with concern and urgency. I pray that our next stay will be more consistent with the amenities and convenience you once provided. Outside of the inconveniences, Maria G provided excellent cleanliness and making sure we had enough towels. She lacked on dishwasher pods but it was okay. I was able to wash dishes. I love this hotel because when visiting Austin we are close to pretty much everything especially my son. I pray that you do right towards us in the future. Thank you.
