The place is clean, no bugs, or dirt. The refrigerator, and microwave save lots of money. The Front desk lady, is extra special, I Observed Consistent Competent and courteous, behavior. Continental breakfast, precisely at the time indicated.

My stay was good, Super 8 kept my room clean, it was quiet and peaceful. The elevator broke down for a day and I got plenty of exercise going up and down the stairs, I was on the 4th floor. No problems to report and the staff was courteous. I promise you will be okay staying here.

The shower was perfect for us both to take a shower together the room was perfect tempature for a comfert and slept very well the whole time the store being next door was very good nice people working there and soda machine in halway very convenient

Bed bugs!!! Do not stay here. Stayed 2 nights and got eaten by bed bugs. Called them and they told me they couldn't find any and weren't able to help me. I have contacted the Texas Department of Health regarding the issue. Hoping they resolve this before others get bitten.

I ussally don’t have good experiences in Austin with hotels/motels but haydy made things easy! She was professional, nice, and didn’t rush me when I needed time to get my license plate! I will be coming here when I’m back in Austin! Customer service here can’t be beat!

The front desk clerk Haydy was freindly, fast, and efficient , the room is spacious and clean, everything works like it should and there are plenty of towels soaps and wash-rags . I wouldnt hesitate to stay again. Its wellworth the price. For the price you cant beat this place as far as cleanliness and amenities.

1. The bed was very noisy, which made it hard to sleep. 2. The blankets were not comfortable. 3. The AC was very loud. 4. The bathroom fixtures were old and kept coming loose. Because of these problems, I couldn’t sleep all night and was very dissatisfied with my stay. Please fix these issues for future guests.
