The service staff at the front desk are very nice! patient and kind
Room and bed had some musty and smokey smell
On the way to the room, you will see a lot of people smoking in the room, even though the hotel says that all rooms are non-smoking
There is no quilt on the bed, you have to ask the front desk staff separately
The noise problem is serious, and the accommodation environment feels unsafe. It is not recommended to travel alone or for women

Most disgusting hotel ever. The room smelled like cigarette smoke and mold. There were stains on the ceiling. There were cigarette burns on the bed spread. There were holes in walls. The bathroom was dirty and deteriorating and rhere was a live cockroach in the tube!

The front desk Clerk was very helpful and my room was clean and very peaceful . You can’t get better quality for the price. I’d recommend this particular property to anyone visiting Austin for business or leisure it very close downtown and has great access to the highways and tollways.

Could be better. I would give 5 stars if the light in the bathroom was not on & off. I don’t know whether it was a motion sensor kind of light? If so, that was the wrong place to have it. Plus it didn’t work. There was also a non-smoking room, but there was a smoke hole/ cigarette burned on the bedsheet. Other than that, the room was quite nice.
