Embassy Suites by Hilton Austin Central

This is an older hotel that is need of an update. The one thing that brings me back is the customer service and convenience for work. The Staff is very friendly and attentive each and everyone I stay there. The restaurant has good food and service is good. The breakfast is also one thing that the hotel does well. They have made to order eggs and omelets and a huge selection of items to chose from every morning. The gym is bigger than most hotels but some of the equipment is outdated but overall has what you need for a good workout.

There is one other Hilton option to stay at in Austin, but this location is second to none. The customer service here is top notch! I would rather drive further to come here to get treated with the best customer service possible. Sleep in peace, Everything is clean and well kept. They have complementary happy hour at the bar with snacks the value alone on this plus full breakfast makes it worth the stay. Quality quality quality. Everyone was helpful and super nice. I have NEVER been treated so nicely from staff who are welcoming and accommodating at any other hotel chain. They have gained a new life long Marriott member. Coming from someone who travels a lot with IHG. This was such a step up and worth every cent of my stay!!!

I have stayed at several Embassy Suites properties and hands down, this one is my favorite. The staff was friendly especially Front Office Manager Mark; he ensured I had a comfortable room and recommended great restaurants in the area! The breakfast food was fresh and my son enjoyed him omeletts! Furthermore, the drinks and snacks during the manager's receptions were "on point". I can't wait to return!

Kind and helpful staff. We had an event there and they were flexible and professional. We would love to work with them again in the future.
