Jarlene gave me the best check in experience I’ve ever had at a marriott. I called earlier to ask for an early check in as I had a call I was rushing to make. She said it was available. But the teammates was when I showed up she had already checked me in. She check my id and immediately handed me my keys so I could quickly make my call on time! I have lifetime platinum status and jarlene is the best of the best!

Property is well maintained and staff is super friendly and helpful. Elevator is a little outdated but overall the Residence Inn is well worth the stay if you’re in town for an event or business. Only issues of the room was having more firm pillows and the restroom light kept flickering. Plenty of dining and shopping options nearby like H-E-B, Target, Walmart, and quick casual dining. About 14 min from Zilker Park.

The a/c was out in the hallways which made the walk to your room stiffling hot for my elderly mom. Elevators took forever for doors to close. Vents in room were coated with dust. Refrigerator looked like someone took a hammer to it. Coffee in the morning was cold and oatmeal looked like thick paste. Asked for recommendations for a local breakfast place (non chain) and was told she had to recommend their Italian restaurant on the other property. Told her we wanted breakfast not Italian. She recommended a restaurant that serves schwarma. She had no clue! Don't recommend this property!

I had a lovely experience staying at this small, charming hotel located near a couple of larger Marriott properties. The location is quiet, safe, and convenient. Check-in was seamless—quick and efficient—which was a great first impression. The room was spacious and well-equipped with essential amenities like a coffee maker, refrigerator, and even a full mini kitchen with basic cooking utensils. It also featured a sofa bed and a small desk, perfect for getting some work done. Both the room and bathroom were impeccably clean, adding to the comfort of the stay. The hotel offers a decent breakfast, which was a nice perk. However, I did notice a couple of drawbacks. Breakfast service ends quite early—9:00 AM on weekdays and 9:30 AM on weekends. If you arrive within 30 minutes of closing, some items including coffee may already be gone, and they don't replenish them, which can be disappointing. Overall, this hotel is an excellent choice for those seeking a quiet, comfortable stay with great basic amenities, though there’s some room for improvement in the breakfast experience. Would definitely recommend it for its cleanliness, spacious rooms, and location!

Stayed in a studio room which had everything you need. Kitchen area had dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The room was clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The location is close the i35 and easy to get around in car
