Drove to Austin from San Antonio for a concert at the Moody CTR…PERFECT LOCATION! Other than that, the room smelled like wet carpet, the bathroom was dated and we could barely open the sliding shower door. The coffee rapidly ran out in lobby, little effort to refill. The breakfast was a standard hotel buffet you get at Holiday Inn for free, nothing special, but here must pay $25. Oh and some bug was crawling on my husband at 4 am. Not ideal. Overall, ok for a night, definitely wouldnt stay here more than that.

The service is great and I love all of the workers. Everything in this hotel is nice and clean and tidy. Last but not least the breakfast waffle was probably the best waffle I’ve ever had.

Beautiful hotel and amazing service and great food. LOVE THE STAFF ESPECIALLY LESEGO SHE IS AMAZING AND ALWAYS SO GREAT AND PROFESSIONAL. I would come back here any chance I could get absolutely love everything about the hotel. The views are awesome and also bartender and waitresses are awesome as well!

Mandy in the restaurant exceeded my expectations. She was so attentive and thoughtful and after a couple of days anticipated what I wanted to drink and that I wanted a to go container for my breakfast. What a great way to begin my day, thank you Mandy!

This could be a great property with a little attention. Room was clean and comfortable, the bar area had good selections and the breakfast choices were reasonably priced for the portions at a hotel of this type. Downsides - garage elevator needs to be remodeled as well as door entrances to each floor. It was raining most of my stay and the hotel has open air passageways surrounding the central pool. Signage in the hotel makes it seem like the only way from one side to the other is through the open with minimal shelter from the rain, which I found out my last day was not the actual case. A reception for a conference was set up one night in the hotel lobby in front of the bar with live music providing noise at blistering volume to the bar patrons.
