The service was good, not exceptional but good. The facilities were in a good location but the maintenance of the building needs improvement, the breakfast is not good and they don't rotate food often. And for some reason, I haven't received my deposit...

WAs a great experience and staff was extremely helpful and nice!

Absolutely the worst experience we have ever had at a Hilton. This is a dirty, smelly, grimy hotel. It was dark, no lighting in parking lot. I had to scrub the mildew around the sink and faucet before I could use it. The shower had mold. Breakfast was a joke… the food was TERRIBLE and we couldn’t eat it. Our TV was broken and they didn’t have anyone that could even come and look at it because of staffing. The person told us breakfast ended on the first day we checked in at 10, and when we showed up, it had ended an 9. So that was a disappointment . No apology was made . They messed up our reservation and double booked our room requiring us to leave 3 nights early and scramble to find another hotel. The pool was dirty and we didn’t feel comfortable with swimming so we didn’t . The customer service at this location was EXTREMELY rude . We were treated soooo poorly and we have stayed at dozens of Hiltons. This will be our last. Luckily the Marriott next door accommodated us immediately and we were thrilled to have a beautiful, clean hotel!! And it was even cheaper! If anyone takes the time to read this… do NOT waste your money on this hotel. It was soooo disappointing in every single way. Go to the Marriott next door.

As a long-time Hilton customer, this hotel is NOT up to their standards. The parking area is dark. There were no parking lot lights working while we were there. The entrance way looked more like a back door than an inviting entrance. It was dark and the landscaping we saw in the morning was pathetic. As for the room, there were no outlets on one side of the bed (they were behind the bed and there were no outlets in the clock or lamp). One of the sliding shower doors did not slide so opening the shower to get out was not easy. We only got three pillows on the bed and two large towels. All things considered, I wish we had stayed the the ALOFT next door. Very disappointing stay. Stay was August 29th-30th, 2025

Home2 Suite is a clean hotel. My only concern is parking. When I booked through *******, it showed me Free Parking, and when I got there I was told $35/day parking, this is ridiculously high rate. I tried to explain my issue with front desk person. She was able to give us a deal to charge for a day only since we were there for 5 nights, apparently they charged me for more days, I called but didn't get any refund as there was no note in the system from that person. As a customer, I have no access to their system, so I would like to warn everyone, if you have similar kind of issues, please make sure the person you are dealing with over there has all the information in the system, and you don't end up having same issue like I am having.
