Very bad services, took security deposit, 2 weeks now ,they never returned the money back..never book this hotel

The hotel was nice, clean and new-looking. Loved the internet tv. It was difficult to reach the front desk from my room though. Internet was a bit slow. Pool was closed all day when we wanted to use it.

The parking is nice, gym room is good but a bit smelly. Breakfast close at 9am which is a bit too early.

Could not fix the phone in my room and **** how hard is it to have my name on the tv i was told it was no big deal as they booked it to someone else it makes me feel like im not welcome there not a fan

It was a 11pm check in. The welcome was only cool. The king-sized-bed room was reasonably sized, but with a bit of smell. Not a bad smell but not a scent neither. The room and bathroom were ok and clean and neat. Exercise room was ok with some weights and treadmills (somehow I didn't know how to get them work). Better if they have a bit more machines in there with staff occasionally checking if the machines are working. Breakfast was very simple. No freshly cooked eggs, no soy/oat milk. Quite basic but acceptable considering the price of the room. The check out was warmer and heartful.
