I’m a long-time Marriott Elite member and usually choose Marriott because of the consistent quality and cleanliness. The front desk staff here were exceptionally friendly and the lobby looked clean and nicely updated. The location was also very convenient, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the stay itself was disappointing. Our first room was extremely hot when we arrived, with no air running. After unpacking and turning on the AC, we were shocked to see a giant cockroach on the wall while sitting down to eat. I almost died from the surprise! To their credit, the front desk team was immediately apologetic and moved us to another room right away. I stayed only because my work team was also at this hotel—otherwise, I usually leave as soon as bugs are involved. The new room was cooler, but it was not clean. The carpet was visibly dirty, the bathroom sink had crud built up around the faucet, and the room itself really needs new paint and flooring. I wish I could say more positive things, but cleanliness and a bug-free environment are my top priorities. Sadly, this property fell short of the standard I’ve come to expect from Marriott.

The pillows were really fluffy. The bed was comfortable. The check-in process was easy. The lady who checked us in was friendly and funny. The hotel is near major roads. The hotel is also near several different restaurants and grocery stores.
