Welcome to your home away from home. Located right outside of Austin in a quiet neighborhood, less than five minutes from the COTA racetrack and Austin-Bergstrom Airport. If heading to Austin, it’s 15 minutes to Downtown to enjoy the restaurants & bars all within walking distance of each other, 20 minutes to Zilker Park (ACL, SXSW) to listen to live music or take a dip at Barton Springs Pool. Go shopping at the San Marcos Premium Outlet Mall or tubing down the San Marcos River in just 30 minutes. Our home can sleep 11 people comfortably which makes it great for large groups of couples, families or business travelers who want to enjoy Austin while working. Spring game
We enjoyed our stay at the property. It suited our needs well as we needed a comfortable place to sleep. We were out and about most of our stay. It was a last minute trip so it was just a but it farther than we wanted but that was our fault.

Nice Place to Stay for CotA
The house was a very good place to stay for the race weekend. The hosts were wonderful and helped out when we needed something and were extremely responsive. Highly recommended.
