Even Hotel Austin Uptown Near the Domain

I recently stayed at the EVEN Hotel Austin Downtown near the Domain, and it was a fantastic experience! The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and major highways. Whether you're here for business or leisure, everything you need is just minutes away. The room was spacious, clean, and designed for comfort. The bed was exceptionally cozy, and I loved the modern, wellness-focused amenities, like in-room workout equipment. The overall vibe was refreshing and relaxing. One of the best parts? The value for money is outstanding. Compared to other hotels in the area, EVEN Hotel offers great rates without sacrificing quality. Plus, the parking lot is huge—no stressful circling for a spot, which is a rare perk in downtown areas. If you’re looking for a convenient, comfortable, and reasonably priced stay in Austin, I highly recommend EVEN Hotel!

This hotel is my new go to when in Austin. Staff is always friendly, room is always clean and is quite roomy as is the wonderful bathroom with the large walk-in shower. The only thing missing is a make-up magnification mirror for us ladies! I’d love to see a standalone lighted mirror in the bedroom at the desk area. That’s what the Hotel Viata provides and it is a very much appreciated nice touch. 

Needing a change of pace from the usual weekly work trips, I decided to treat myself and booked a stay at a hotel that looked a bit more sophisticated and relaxing than my typical choices. The on-site bar, restaurant, and pool initially caught my eye, but once I arrived, I realized this place offers so much more. First off, the property itself is truly first-class. The atmosphere is incredibly calming—spa-like, even. There's a noticeable soothing scent when you walk in, and the interior design, including a beautiful moss wall, immediately set a tone of tranquility. I genuinely felt the wellness vibe the moment I stepped through the door. The cleanliness of the hotel is worth special mention—it was spotless from corner to crevice. Every detail, from the lobby to the room, felt meticulously maintained and fresh, which only added to the overall sense of comfort and care. Check-in was a breeze, and the front desk staff was warm and welcoming. To my pleasant surprise, I was upgraded without even asking—a gesture I really appreciated, especially since I was hoping for a bit of an escape within a busy work week. My room was on a high floor with large windows that filled the space with natural light. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in, topped with ultra-soft bamboo sheets that made it hard to leave in the morning. And let’s talk about the bathroom—plenty of hot water and fantastic water pressure. Honestly, some of the best I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. The pool, while not very deep, was a perfect way to cool off and get some steps in—I walked laps and found it a refreshing break from the summer heat. The gym was equally impressive, well-equipped with everything you’d need for a real workout. Even better, they provided workout accessories right in the room. Although I didn’t dine at the restaurant, I spent time at the bar. The bartenders, Calie and Trevor, were both attentive and welcoming, creating a great atmosphere to wind down after a long day. But the absolute best part of this hotel is Nate. If every hotel had a Nate, the hospitality industry would be on a whole new level. Nate is a rock star. His attention to detail, genuine care, and natural warmth made my two-day stay feel like a full-on retreat. Thanks to him, I’m already planning my return visit. If you’re not staying here, you’re truly missing out. Whether you need a wellness-focused break, a little luxury between workdays, or just a refreshingly different experience—this hotel delivers on all fronts.

Our server Drew was incredibly nice and provided excellent service! This hotel is one of the best, so clean. The amenities are top notch too!
