**Hotel Review: Hampton Inn Austin East** Wow, what a gem! I just got back from a business trip to the Hampton Inn Austin East, and let me tell you, it was a blast. From the moment I walked in, the vibe was just right. The staff greeted me like an old friend, which is a nice change from the usual hotel robot routine. My room was super spacious and clean, and the bed? Oh man, it was like sleeping on a fluffy cloud! I almost hit snooze on the alarm a few too many times because it was just that comfy. Now, let’s get to the good stuff: breakfast! They have a complimentary spread that’s basically a breakfast fiesta. I’m talking waffles, scrambled eggs, fresh fruit—you name it! I loved grabbing a plate and chatting with other guests. It felt like we were all in this together, fueling up for the day ahead. The Wi-Fi was speedy, which is essential when you’re trying to get work done without pulling your hair out. I was able to handle all my emails and prep for meetings without a hitch. And if you’re a gym rat like me, the fitness center had everything I needed to get a good workout in. Location-wise, you can’t beat it. It’s super easy to hop on the highway and zip into downtown Austin, where all the fun happens. Plus, there are tons of great places to eat nearby if you want to explore after hours. But the cherry on top was definitely the staff. They were friendly, helpful, and made me feel right at home. It’s those little touches that really make a difference. All in all, the Hampton Inn Austin East is a fantastic spot for anyone visiting Austin, whether for business or just to have a good time. I’m already looking forward to my next stay!

I frequent this and the connected Home2 quite often. The front desk staff is always wonderful - in particular, Kristen, Dominque, Lawrence, and Svea. They are always ready to help, so accommodating, and very hospitable. During my most recent stay, I decided to extend my reservation. In my experience at other Hilton properties, the request to remain in the same room is a bit difficult and annoying to fulfill. So, I didn’t even bother to ask this time around. But to my surprise, Dominque offered to keep me in the same room, so I wouldn’t have to move. AND she was so pleasant about it. I know it doesn’t seem like a big deal, but it was to me since it was the complete opposite of what I’m used to. Thank you, Dominique!
