We arrived to Hotel, and the front desk was not the most pleasant, we had to pay 100 dollar deposit, the hotel, was clean but needs a lot of updating, we had 2 pillows for each bed that were flat, and we had to go out and buy pillows, we were left 1 washcloth for 4 guest per night. We were not given any direction as to where ice machine was, no map as to where anything was, so we didn’t get ice for our stay period, we chose not to go for breakfast so we are not sure what that consist of, second night bedsheets had burn places in them, like someone had been smoking and dropped the cigarette. This will be our last and only stay at this Super 8, for sure. So disappointed in this Super 8?

Quand on arrive, le parking est envahi d'eau. Mauvais signe. La chambre sent le renfermé et n'a pas vu une femme de ménage entre le départ de nos prédécesseurs et notre arrivée. La salle de bain est sale et décrépite. Sur les trois nuits de notre séjour, 1 seule opportunité d'eau chaude. Et même pas d'eau du tout avant 21:30 à deux reprises, en raison d'un problème avec la piscine qui la rend inutilisable (d'où le parking aquatique). Dommage car avec 100°F dans la journée, un petit plouf aurait été très apprécié. Le petit déjeuner est très frugal : toast, céréales, café et deux types de jus, même pas de thé... Le manager semble faire ce qu'il peut mais l'hôtel a besoin d'une grosse rénovation. Bref, bien situé pour visiter Atlanta à moindres frais, mais c'est tout.

The front desk attendant Pinky (Lekitia?) was really nice and understanding of my specific needs! Also, I’ve been here almost 2 weeks and I’ve witness her handle situations with very rude and disrespectful customers in a professional manner! Honestly I couldn’t have done what she did and she need a raise! The location of this place is the coolest with a view of City View Lounge ( the best food with Chef Neko ) which is open 7 days a week if I’m not mistaken, and Six Flags over GA in the back! It’s right off I20 which gives you access to the city and a smooth exit avoiding

The room was in poor condition, particularly the bathroom, which was broken and not properly maintained. The bed sheets were very dirty, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk, the response was unhelpful and delivered with attitude. To make matters worse, they didn’t even have clean replacement sheets available.

The room was very clean staff. Very friendly. Shower was hot and pressure perfect.Location was perfect. I will be staying here again come October when we visit six flags River, Georgia and my brother again. See you in the fall!!!! We can't wait

I wouldn’t recommend nobody staying here . I wanted to look at the room because I have small kids and it was very nasty had dead bugs and cracks all in the tub then I went to another hotel and they still charged me for one night when I didn’t even stay there the staff lady went and messed up the room as if I stayed the night there I would never book with them ever again and the pictures they’re advertising is not what the hotel looked like !!!!

This is a lie
Best hotel experience I have ever had room was definitely completely spotless with definitely no mold on the ceiling and zero bugs and they’re surely was not piss all over the toilet seat and shower
