We arrived to Hotel, and the front desk was not the most pleasant, we had to pay 100 dollar deposit, the hotel, was clean but needs a lot of updating, we had 2 pillows for each bed that were flat, and we had to go out and buy pillows, we were left 1 washcloth for 4 guest per night. We were not given any direction as to where ice machine was, no map as to where anything was, so we didn’t get ice for our stay period, we chose not to go for breakfast so we are not sure what that consist of, second night bedsheets had burn places in them, like someone had been smoking and dropped the cigarette. This will be our last and only stay at this Super 8, for sure. So disappointed in this Super 8?

Terrible destructed room! I am itchy…scabies? Dangerous juice left in container unplugged overnight and then plugged back in in the morning. 0 stars!

Summary: I redeemed 15,000 Wyndham Rewards points for a stay at Super 8 in [City], GA. Instead of a professional experience, I was met with visible mold, pests, and no valid permit displayed. The hotel denied responsibility, and Wyndham corporate refuses accountability while profiting from its brand. Future guests should know: Wyndham will take your money and points, but if the room is moldy, unsafe, or unsanitary, they’ll deny responsibility and blame the franchise operator. This is exactly why consumers lose trust in corporate hotel brands. Unresolved.

We were given a room that reaked of urine,the walls were marked and bruised, stains all over the carpet, after bringing to attention, the attendant seemed more concerned if we turned on the lights in the room and were we sure we wanted another room? We were given the room next door...it had a mild smell of bug spray but we tolerated it .the AC was off so it took about 90mins for the room to cool down...the Room was pretty beat up.tge toilet fill valve ran all night. Breakfast downstairs had 4 slices of white bread,Luke warm coffee,no spoons,no lids for cups...the whole experience was a disappointment especially for a Wyndham property.

Room smelled musty, mold like stuff on ceiling In bathroom shower, the paint was chipping off inside shower. When you turn the water on black, dirty looking water would come out from behind the knobs. Overall, the worst condition room I've ever stayed that.

Room was very dirty,walls to the bathroom had brown matter smeared,inside of bathroom was a piece of tape with hair stuck to it .I had to lysol everything down felt uncomfortable in such dirty.Dead bolt broken.I should have went to office immediately for refund.

The Room was horrible. Dirty tub, bugs throughout room. Horrible customer service. I booked for 2 nights, but left soon as I seen the room and was not refunded.
