King size bed is the best!! Great sleeping for great day-tripping!! Don’t forget to fuel up at “Borealis” before you head out! The hash browns are awesome!! Children’s hospital is right across the street if you need it. Really growing up fast in that area.

The king suite was clean, cozy and beautiful. All I wanted in this stay was a nice bathtub to relax and I definitely got it. It's hard to find a hotel room with a garden tub, so, im leaving this review for the next person who's trying to find one. Stay in the king suite and you'll be in relaxation heaven! Also has a cute pool on the roof! Bonus!

I stayed for 4 out of 5 nights the last week of August while a loved one was admitted to Anschutz. This hotel is a beautiful oasis in the middle of Aurora and it was a blessing to have this to come back to every night after long days at the hospital. It was spotless and safe and the garage parking was a big plus. But even more than that the staff was fantastic. In particular Erin(with the cat, lol) who was at the front desk working overnights while I was there, was a standout individual who was genuinely inviting and authentically kind in every singe interaction. She went out of her way to make me feel welcomed. This particular Hyatt will absolutely be my first choice if I'm ever staying in the area again.

I went last weekend for a gaming convention. It was being held at the Hyatt and we thought it would be nice to stay in the same hotel as the convention. The room seemed lovely and I really liked that I could run upstairs if I wanted to. The problem I had didn't come till after I got home. I realized that I had bug bites all over me. I looked up bed bugs and found the bites that I had looked and were in clusters like the images I found. I tried contacting Hyatt through their website and got no response back, I even waited a few days just in case. I'm worried that I brought some back into my home. As soon as I realized what the bites were I got my luggage out of my house and washed and dried my clothes on a high heat but it was a few hours before I figured it out. The room I stayed in was room 425. I'm hoping to to possibly save someone else from the worry of having a possible infestation. From my research it can take awhile to know if they are in my home or not! It will definitely be on my mind for the next few months.

It was wonderful from check in, drinks, room, pool, restaurant breakfast, STAFF were fantastic! We were there because son had a major surgery across the street at Anschutz/CU Hospital. Hyatt gave us a hospital discount and could not have been more responsive or kind.

Service was top notch. Staffs were wiling to assist when asked. Location was good but the back of the hotel seemed a bit sketchy.
