Hotel needs renovation. Rooms smell like mildew. Paid parking garage is unsecured with neighborhood residents wandering around guest automobiles. Would not recommend.

Everything was great for the stay. Well the pillows were regular awful hotel pillows but everything else was great. Staff were friendly and there's a shuttle to take you close by for off the campus experience.

Excellent property. It has a sprawling lobby, with Check-in. Counter .Restaurant Starbucks on the property? Great views from the room on the 9th floor room is equipped with safe big television, nice, Queen bed.., study table side lamps. Good bathtuband avail appointed bathroom. The property boasts of a heated outdoor pool. Jim, add a 24 hour laundry. Nice alkaline water on the lobby floor Akon, and Justin were very kind enough to explain the activity is on the property. Walking is a little aside and breakfast. Mostly is never included with a room package Complimentaryshuttlefor 3 miles.... it was a great property to stay on, will visit again

Fulfilled my expectations in a 5-star hotel... my Denver Omelette was so enjoyable accompanied by a cup of hot black coffee that had rich aroma and taste. Cannot complain about the service from check-in, bedroom and its amenities, breakfast and check-out. Staff were friendly, warm, polite, attentive, helpful... only positive experience.

The hotel should advise guest that the parking garage is not safe. Our vehicle was stolen from the parking garage next to the hotel. Our check in process was terrible, we reserved with time and asked that our two rooms be next to each other and the receptionist had trouble with getting this for us. Other family members were given a room and when they returned someone else was in their room.

It's an ok hotel; the facility is attractive, comfortable and clean. Beyond that my stay was nothing I want to experience again, from being given a room with the wrong number of beds (really, who wants to have a 70+ year old woman and here 45 year old son in the same bed.) to subsequently being given a room with the right number of beds but no handicapped bathroom, to being given barely warm food by a grumpy waiter after a 45 minute wait, to being transported in a shuttle van by an even grumpier driver. If ever I am in Denver again, this is where I will NOT be staying!
