I stay at this hotel every time I’m in the Denver area for medical appointments. Always a good experience. Staff is super friendly and considerate. Also, good location close to shopping and restaurants.

Terrible check-in process, night audit in car out front, bad keys. This was a sad experience for myself. Glad I used points but that wasn't even worth it...

The biscuits were literally hard as rocks at 7am and breakfast starts at 630. They had to have been from the day before. I couldn’t even put my fork through it.
Staff was great checking me in and out.

Property is starting to show its age. AC in the room was unusually noisy as was the fan in the bathroom. Staff are extremely polite and helpful. Unfortunately, the hotel is understaffed and it shows.

The Best Western was clean and beds were comfortable. The walls were thin and I heard neighbors from next door and from upstairs, but not enough to cause me to wake up.
