The Bertram Inn & Conf Ctr, Trademark Collection Hotel

Pool was amazing, rest of hotel needs updating Hotel has not been updated in a very long time, hallways and rooms are dark and outdated. Our two full beds were very small. Very minimal toiletries and linens provided. The pool was amazing though, one of the nicest and largest hotel pools and patios we’ve seen. Location is in a good area close to shops and restaurants.

Hotel was fine, but small incidents There was nothing wrong with the hotel. I was not aware of the cleaning every third day policy even after checking in. The parking lot was not a good view.

Good stay and great location. The service and food were excellent but the hotel was very dated & smelled of mildew. It was just purchased so hopefully the new owner will give it a refresh and update. The location and surrounding area are excellent. The hotel is large with a banquet area and game room which were nice to have.

Nice place The hotel was probably high end years ago. It was reasonably priced, clean and as pictured. The water pressure is low but I enjoyed our stay. Overall I’d recommend. We stayed for one night while we saw a baseball game.

Inadequate. Pool was very nice, staff were professional, beds were clean, but that was about it. It’s an older property that needs a pick me up. Beds were very hard, shower was rough, lots of water damage behind the wall paper, could see mold behind it, tiles cracked, thermostat didn’t work. My 75 year old parents were freezing all night due to it being so cold in the room and being unable to change setting on thermostat. We saw a cockroach in the room when we were packing and heading out. Resulting in all of us having to spray and wash everything we own upon returning home to hopefully ensure we don’t bring anything unwanted home. We talked to front desk about temperature and bug and they apologized and checked us out. It could be a wonderful place but it’s not updated, things are very work. It looks nice, but upon further inspection it’s severely outdated and cheaply fixed. Pictures are deceiving and deceptive. Walmart brand water being sold for $3 while the vending machine sits in disrepair is not acceptable.

This was the grossest hotel I have ever stayed in. This place used to be the place when I was a kid, growing up in the area. But it looked like it hadn’t been updated since it was built. The lights were dim and some not working properly. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls and there was old food stuck on the walls. Very disappointing to see the place has gone down hill.
