Lovely and friendly hotel, super breakfast! We also warmly recommend the creative cocktails in the hotel bar where bartender Axel and colleague Oliver create or explain exquisite preparations using local (sometimes from his own garden!) and international ingredients. The cocktail menu is thoughtfully prepared advising the customer of alcohol content and level of sweetness of each drink. We enjoyed the spirit of these fo e craftsmen!

Drove through the village to our hotel, and it took a little while to find the entrance. Once in the receptionists were brilliant very understanding, one picked up a free gift bag and showed us to our rooms. Our bar man was absolutely fabulous, producing fantastic gin and tonic plus his own cocktails, a brilliant mixologist. Breakfast was very good quality and plenty to choose from. Highly recommend this hotel 5*

We did make a reservation in this hotel; and we found this hotel very nicely located on a sort of hill in the small town Aumont-Aubrac. The rooms were large enough and tastefully decorated. The pool was already closed for the season (mid Oct) anyway too cold and windy to swim. The breakfast was very good with ample choices. The hospitality of the young reception staff was exemplary. This is how it should be done! Chapeau! The bill came for 2 at around 140 euros, taxes included.

Lovely hotel with professional and courteous staff. Room was very clean with a quiet view of the garden. Fun LED lighting provided some giggles. Coffee machine was a nice touch. Nice big sink in the bathroom, which was seperate from the toilet. We had breakfast and it was amazing - great selection and a very attentive, and helpful, staff member. Would highly recommend. Also ate at The Brasserie Gourmande La Gabale - very good dinner.

On the plus side, the staff appears to be nice, it is a quiet location, the rooms are clean if a bit funky, there is adequate parking and the rate fair for what is on offer The breakfast buffet is quite good. Normally I wait until the end of our stay (2 nights) to complete a review, but some things are so annoying I will write while I am fired up I am writing this review on my cell phone rather than my laptop, powered by my phone company 's roaming rather than the hotel's WiFi. Their WiFi is somewhere between awful and non-existent. I can raise a few simple pages, but any site with multiple pages routinely gets dropped. That is unacceptable. When we arrived, it was not clear how you could access the elevator. We had heavy luggage, and were unwilling to climb 20 or so stairs Someone eventually came down and opened the door. The code was provided at check in. There are several signs at various doors that masks are obligatory, but it is ignored, and no one asked to check our Health Pass. As far as I know, they aren't rationing toilet paper, but on our second day we were left with a third of a role for two people, a stupid mistake by a maid that just accepted a tip. When we returned from a day's outing, the elevator button was unresponsive. They were repairing the elevator, but no one bothered to leave a notice on the elevator itself. We have stayed at a number of Logis Hotels and appreciate their welcome and good value. I know a fair amount about the hotel business. It seems to me not everyone here is paying attention. I have already rated the brasserie. We will see about the gastronomic restaurant tonight. So far, we are inclined to look at other hotel options in the area.

nous n'étions pas retourné dans cet établissement depuis le covid . hotel que nous connaissons depuis des années. tenu depuis plusieurs générations par la même famille avec des membres éleveurs, bouchers, etc.. Cette année nous découvrons un nouveau bar très agréable . Idéal pour les marcheurs du chemin de compostelle. le personnel est habitué à recevoir les navettes de bagages. Chambres très spacieuses et refaites recemment. piscine. parking gratuit.. jardin très bien entretenu pour une sieste au bord d'une petite cascade. accueil familial personne à l'éoute A RECOMMANDER

Un hôtel de charme un personnel très accueillant de jolies randonnées avec de bons moments de détente dans le spa privatisé des cocktails de rêves accompagnés de planches charcuterie fromage une sublime soupe!!!! Un vrai bonheur
