服務：很好，入住還升級成了套房真的是這次旅途的一個大驚喜。晚上吹頭吹風機壞了也立馬幫我拿了新的，用座機打2就可以接通前台。
地理位置特別好，樓下就是超市，走兩步就是步行街和天空塔，性價比超級高，旁邊吃的和奶茶店都很多

Perfect location, just off Queen St, supermarket next door, plenty of food options within moments walk. A block up from sky tower. 10 minute stroll down to Waitemata ( Britonart ) to catch trains.
Hotel itself is comfortable, clean, friendly staff. We'll appointed rooms, good size ebsuite.
Will definitely book again for future trips to aucklanf

Smelled of curry continuously in the hallway outside our room. The service when we checked in was great however when we checked out we were told to wait by the attendant who said they cannot do the check out and we had to wait for the Manager who took about 30min to arrive and alot of us were waiting to check out at 10am. Towels were not changed and no sign to say they won’t be.

For the price I got nice wee single appartment, couch was poked but I didn’t care . It was clean n tidy. No place to park out front and directions where to rear of hotel .

Hotel is in great location in central Auckland. For the price, the renovated room was nice. If you're a light sleeper get a room on a higher floor as my room was on the 4th and facing an alleyway. rubbish trucks at 6am. continental breakfast basic and adequate. The aircon worked well but i would get a weird smell of something in the room every now and then sort of like dirty socks. The Hotel is surrounded by stores to stock up on drinks and edibles and plenty of restaurants & takeaways
Overall for the price it is a great pick for hotel in central Auckland.
