The room was clean, the shower hot, the bed comfortable and the air con powerful - all the things you expect in a mid/budget range hotel. But what really set this one out form the others were the staff. So friendly and helpful. I arrived very early (9am) so my room wasn't ready so they stored my luggage for me and I came back later. They had already put my bags in my room for me ready. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Whilst I'd expect that in a top hotel, that sort of going the extra distance I don't usually find in a mid/budget range. I would stay again

Check in was after 2pm, advised we could have a 11am check out next day, which we appreciated, however got a message on my phone at 10.15am to say our room wasn't vacated and that our checkout was 10am. Apart from that, excellent service and room clean.

I will never stay at this hotel again. I booked 3 nights and had to leave early due to an emergency. I only stayed for 1 night and checked out. They didn't even refund the room rate for the next two nights. Isn't this just a forced sale? Bad review!!!
