It's pretty good. It's very close to the hot springs. It's a 2-minute walk. You can get a 20% discount. There's a lake next to it.

Great location, near Sylvia Park and other local supermarkets and shops.
Well signposted and easy to enter from Mt Wellington Highway.
Ample parking for extra cars.
Clean and well equipped.
The manager happily gave us extra towels for the extra adults staying.
Towels replaced on the second day.
