Choose the female-only dormitory floor on the fifth floor. The environment is clean, quiet and suitable for resting. The public area will be closed after ten o'clock and cannot be used. It is really troublesome for people who want to drink hot water at night, because it means that hot water cannot be obtained.
The kitchen provides pots for cooking but no cutlery. You can rent them with a deposit at the counter or bring your own cutlery.
Washing machines and dryers are also in peak use time before 10 o'clock at night, so you have to try your luck or go early to use them, otherwise you may not be able to grab them (after 6:30, I searched for unused washing machines from floor to floor on the fifth floor until one day Lou just grabbed the last washing machine, and the lady who came in a step slower than me had to continue waiting).
Overall, I will stay here next time if I have the chance.

I don’t normally stay at YMCA
But I have been using their gym for pre training few time instead of pay 3x for the hotel 24km away
I tried YMCA as I just a clean bed shower and toilet for one and train early in the more after arriving at the hotel 22:30
I worked out great standard single bed clean and tidy
All the common area showers toilets tidy and clean
The room doesn’t have AC but a fan with window open worked ok to circulate the air at 18C outside temp

Level 4 men shower rose/water pressure was not working really well but ok for me just one night
