직원들도 친절하고 시설도 가격 대비하면 훌륭합니다. 위치도 걸어서 스카이타워나 다운타운역과 가까운곳에 부두를 통해 와이헤케섬에 다녀오기 편합니다. 공항을 오갈때도 스카이 타워에서 스카이드라이브 버스를 타고 내리기도 편한 위치라 많은 구경을 하면서 4박을 즐겼네요 ~

It's an average, comfortable enough stay. Good value for money, location fine, reception helpful and informative on things to do. Showers OK. It's average, it's not going to blow you away but for budget it's good.

The counter service is friendly and attentive. The public space, toilets, showers and kitchen are cleaned daily. Cooking appliances include microwave, oven, four-burner halogen stove, toaster, waffle maker, pots, pans, plates and spoons. Washing machines and dryers can also be exchanged for coins at the counter as needed. We stayed in a twin room. Although the space inside the room was narrow and barely enough to turn around after unloading the luggage compartment, the public space on the first floor was large enough and there was a dining room with a large refrigerator and microwave oven for guests to store and heat food. We felt very convenient and hope to have the opportunity to stay again.

I stayed here for a week as the first accommodation on my working holiday. The facilities were always clean and the staff were very kind. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity to go to Auckland.
