The room was very clean and quiet. The surrounding environment is also very good, with a washing machine and dryer. The hotel's services are also very good. There is a parking lot where you can park for free. very safe

To check in, I pressed the intercom button at the door and waited for about 10 minutes.
The weather was rainy and there was no cover above so I got caught in the rain.
The low intercom sound seems to be the same at other Quest locations.

Early check in was no problem. Arrived two hrs earlier than our expected early check in time and the apartment was already ready! Clean and spacious for our family of 5 adults. Apartment was set with 5 single beds just as asked. Service was efficient and they were able to gladly offer extra towels and detergent when we asked for more. Westfield shopping center only a couple of minutes drive away. Location just as we wanted, away from the busy city but still convenient with shops and good restaurants close by.

We had a lovely stay. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. After a long flight we were able to check in early which was much appreciated. Yhe room was spotless.

Quest Albany has been a great place to stay for over the last 10 years for us when ever we return to NZ. To be honest it's our best kept secret and we really don't want anyone else finding out about it
