Overall a really good stay. The location is really good - 5 min walk to Westfield mall, very close to lots of bus stops and train station, there is about 6 or 7 restaurants/bars/cafes directly across the road and several other eateries around the corner. The staff were always friendly. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which was really good, lots of space, 2 bathrooms, washing machine and dryer, full kitchen with dishwasher, 2 TV's, spacious lounge and extremely large balcony with outdoor table and chairs. Ideal for families or even couples travelling together. Room was clean and there was servicing each day, although we didn't get one on Sunday - maybe they don't do Sundays? The balcony, whilst very spacious, was pretty grim to be honest, lots of pigeon poo and weeds. The outdoor furniture could've done with a clean. If the planter boxes surrounding the balcony had a nice big hedge rather than weeds, it would be a much more pleasant space to use. The buildings you're overlooking out there are really gross, so a bit of work done to the balcony would make using the space much better. The area was mostly quiet despite being in a busy area, although you could hear people slamming their doors within the hotel and someone comes and collects the garbage on the streets anywhere between 5-6am which woke us up every morning. Double glazed windows would be really good for some sound proofing! Also, some of the fixtures in the bathrooms were pretty loose and the set of drawers need replacing as they didn't close properly. Some shelving in the second wardrobe would be good for putting clothes. A few touches would make the accommodation much more elevated! Was still a great stay though and we would stay there again!
