The location is very good, and there are many restaurants around, including Thai and Italian, which are all very good experiences. Not far away is the Holy Trinity Church, the Rose Garden and the University of Auckland, about one kilometer away. The hotel service is great. We arrived at the hotel earlier than the reservation time, and the front desk let us check in smoothly. Luggage storage when leaving is also very good.

I arrived at 5pm on a holiday and there was no check-in person, so I had a bit of trouble checking in.
Overall, it was clean and good value for money, but the facilities were a bit old.

The hotel does not provide basic services (water, room service), and the interior is not outstanding, but the cleaning is clean, there are many cafes around, and the location is good because it is easy to access tourist attractions.
