The location of the hotel is OK, it's about a 10-minute walk from the city center, and there's a bus stop at the door to the city center. The room is quite spacious, but the room facilities are a bit old, and the room hygiene is not very clean. The air conditioner in the room was broken during the days I stayed there, which was quite inconvenient. The room was very hot as soon as the sun came out in the morning! The front desk staff was very nice!

A very good apartment hotel with a great location, within walking distance to Queen Street. The transportation is also convenient, with a bus stop at the door. The room facilities are complete and life is very convenient. Worth recommending!

This hotel is very bad. Two Indian waiters knocked on the door and urged us to check out before the check-out time of 10 o'clock. The service attitude was very bad. They also framed us for dirtying the sheets and deducted money. It is very far from the city. There is a very good hotel called Barclay City Suites. My daughter checked out of this hotel and went to Barclay City Suites. The two rooms and living room are much larger than the executive rooms of this hotel. The price is also cheaper. There are food shops downstairs. Don't be fooled. This hotel is too unscrupulous.
