The facilities are outdated. There were chocolate stains on the sheets and lipstick marks on the comforter. However, the housekeepers and the front desk were very nice. I can only remind the next customer to check more carefully.

The room was large with a terrace, and the Sky Tower was a ten-minute walk away. You could cook. The bed was very comfortable. It was excellent value for money in Auckland, the same brand I stayed at in the UK, but at half the price. There's a small park downstairs, perfect for a morning stroll.
