The rudest staff i have ever encountered. They did not allow me to leave my luggage for an hour when i arrived. They didnt explain why either. When i asked for help with luggage, they said i should be ablebto do it myself

Great location to Spark Arena
Great location if going to a concert at Spark. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice room just a bit tired with a couple of quick-fixes needed. Overall very good and would stay again. FYI they charge a $200 bond to your credit card on check-in, was probably in the fine print but never come across this before.

Whilst this is a nice place to stay, the hot water was an issue as it keeps fluctuating from hot, cold and warm (at times too hot for kids) and there is a sign saying that you need to spread out the showers so not to run out of hot water. There is also no reverse cycle heating, so all heaters were portable and very loud. Kitchen was lacking cooking equipment and utensils.

A rear value quiet place to stay. Easy to get to by Public transport. Very close to some restaurants and the cbd.
