We booked a Harbour suite but tbh, couldn’t really see the Harbour from our floor. Otherwise, the place and service are great! (plus the pool is heated!)

This hotel was a great value for money during my trip to New Zealand. The room was very neat and clean, and the amenities were very complete. The only downside was that the bathroom didn't have a complete dry/wet separation. After showering, the bathroom floor was wet.

Stayed for quite a while. The range hood was broken, and the refrigerator broke later. Before leaving, the front desk said you are done. After 3 days, the hotel staff said there was some graffiti on the door (made by children), water accumulated in the refrigerator (it kept leaking, refrigerator problem), etc., and said they arranged painting and cleaning, which took 3 days and cost a lot of money, and asked me for money

The hotel building is elegant and the lobby is spacious and bright. The overall layout of the room is reasonable and clean. The hotel apartment provides cooking stoves and tableware, which is very convenient. The only thing is that in terms of facilities, the hotel's swimming pool and SPA were under maintenance and not open during the three-week stay, which was disappointing. I searched and booked a hotel with an indoor pool, but when I arrived the pool was under maintenance and unavailable.
Amenities included toothbrushes, slippers, and room wear. I was able to get toothbrushes and slippers at the front desk, but there were no pajamas or bathrobes, and even though we were a group of four, there were only two coffee cassettes. When I asked the front desk for more, they charged me $2 each.
