還沒到酒店就被路上的風景震撼了，感覺跟澳洲的大洋路有相似的地方。酒店就在薄餅巖的旁邊，入口處不明顯，導航顯示到了卻找不到。靠着海邊的小木屋乾淨舒適。我們在日落前趕到薄餅巖，應該屬於南島西海岸的精華，拍照後趕到酒店，剛好沒有錯過日落晚餐。
海浪聲雖然很大，房間的隔音效果不錯，睡得好香。

Great place to stay, just a short drive to the shopping district and restaurants, reasonable price meals, friendly people.
The Staff including the cleaning crew were very friendly and helpful.

Excellent proximity to Westlake Girls High School where my wife was working, to the bus station - great transport to city and other areas, and to super eating/drinking places nearby. Easy to find from the motorway.

This almost brand new apartment is really well equipped and has everything you need..comfy king bed, nice kitchen, washer and dryer. Parking is underneath with a lift straight to the room. Access to Auckland is easy by driving to the Devonport Ferry and then a 15m ride across to the CBD ( we were dining at Origine across the road from the ferry wharf in Auckland). Much easier than trying to stay and park in the city centre. Tastefully decorated unit, 2 TVs, friendly welcoming staff. Good choice!

This hotel mainly exists for people using the nearby hospital. It is a basic hotel. Clean. We didn’t interact with staff. No complaints.
