Clean and good sound deadening.
Close proximity to airport
Free car parking
Doesn’t pretend to be what it’s not. It’s simply the best for someone looking to spend the nights, drive around and work in the room. Compared to hotels in the area it is the cheapest yet has fast enough wifi as well as free parking.
Best for those on business and preferably those renting cars. The location is slightly further away from public transport.

Hotel location is close to bus stop; you can use bus to go to city and/or go to train station.
Little area for food land and supermarket is 300 meters by walking
Hotel room is clean but it is a bit small space for working table

The hotel is old and there are no slippers or anything, only simple shampoo and shower gel! I booked here because I had to go to Napier early the next morning, so I could avoid the Auckland morning rush! There was no one at the service desk at night. There was a shopping district and supermarket next to it! There was nothing else
