I often held meetings here before and stayed here once. I really like the Eco concept of this hotel. The fragrance of the lobby is also very pleasant, and it is surrounded by Top 50 restaurants and convenient to Habour Harbor. The front desk staff is warm, polite and thoughtful, and the service attitude is superb. The room is very comfortable to sleep in, and the Mini Bar is also very rich.
There is also a Chinese-speaking staff member Howard who is very polite and thoughtful! Thank you very much.
However, there is no free bottled water in the hotel room. The front desk suggested that I go to Kingi to ask for water, but the front desk refused to give it to me because I didn’t have a kettle. I was a little disappointed.

房子非常不錯。各項設施絕對是頂級中的頂級。很多都是新西蘭本地做的很好的產品。窗口的blind 可以在床頭和門口調節。然後針對那些會偷走酒店的各種東西的，這裏都明碼標價了，而且歡迎大家偷走，衹不過是偷走之後會charge你的信用卡。所以基本上很多人都不會偷走了😂我感覺。然後房間裏面有一些本地毛利人的茶…比較有特色。

兩年前就是因為太喜歡這個酒店，所以我今年又回了一次奧克蘭，真的非常喜歡這個區域，也真的非常喜歡這個酒店，跟這個酒店也很有緣分，酒店裡有一位來自香港的同胞，服務非常好，第一次就印象深刻。酒店有我最喜歡的葡萄酒博物館，上一次在這兒認識了Te MATA的釀酒師，這一次特地去拜訪了他們的酒莊。這個酒店真的是一個神奇的地方，也是很有緣分的一個地方。

很喜歡當代現代環保風卻又很chic的酒店，不愧為設計第一名。早餐不是自助，量偏少。床品是目前睡到的最舒服的，酒店用的洗浴用品味道也很好聞。很喜歡牛奶的口味。
