The distance calculator gave straight line distances not actual travel times so in reality this hotel was nowhere near where I needed it to be or where I could get to within my budget. I saw it said non refundable but was hoping under the circumstances they may consider a partial refund as I was unable to make it to the hotel at all but they said no. So basically they took $250 off me for nothing. They offered me an alternative date within a month but I have no need to return to Auckland again so soon. Pretty disappointing they wouldnt even offer a small return. Dont trust the app maps. I have no idea what the hotel itself was like as I never used it. They di respond within a timely manner to my email at least.

Reasonable price, good location, close to Albany mall. Walking distance to some Chinese supermarket and food restaurants.
Got a kitchen , washing machine in your room but the dishwaher and rangehood not working very well.
Clean and tidy room and bathroom.
If this is the area you need to stay, this hotel is a good choice.

Great location. The room had everything you need - even a washer/dryer for laundry as well as a dishwasher!!
