The location is very close to the airport shuttle bus stop.
However, when I checked in, the staff were not very friendly.
This hotel is staffed after 5 PM, so be aware of this.
I arrived a little after 4 PM.
The glass gate locks after 5 PM, and you need a room card to access.
The room heater doesn't work, but it does.
The room was freezing!
The TV remote control battery was broken.
I asked for a replacement, but no one showed up.
The hot water didn't seem to be hot.
The room has a washing machine and dryer, making it convenient for washing clothes.

Very clean and comfortable spacious 1 bedroom apartment with all amenities provided. Great location, walking distance to Britomart and Viaduct with supermarkets closeby. Airport shuttle bus is a 2 minutes walk from the apartment. The Auckland City Mission is across the road and there are people hanging around mainly in the mornings and evenings.

Spacious room and bathroom. It was great to have a washing machine/dryer and kitchen. Central location to everything in the CBD. Checking in after hours was difficult and we tried to access the parking but could not find anyone to help us as the person we talked to on the intercom hung up on us twice. So that was disappointing.

Pros: Friendly service staff, great location
Disadvantages: There are a lot of homeless people nearby after get off work hours. The homeless people we met in front of the hotel on the first night even yelled and cursed at us. The security situation at night was not very good.

The location is very good, just cross the street (5 mins walk) reach bus terminal for airport. The size of the room is big. But the counter service is not 24/7, found inconvenience if check-in after the service hour. It was said that the code was sent to me, but I could not receive through SMS when overseas, and the hotel had not sent me any email. Very frustrated when I reached the hotel after a long journey. In addition, I could not find switch for the fan in the bathroom.
