The apartment is was clean, spacious and well furnished. The kitchen had the basics. The location in central Auckland is excellent. The windows are single glazed so noise at night with the cities huddle and bustle are an issue so make sure you bring earplugs. The hotel was accommodating with an extra bed on request. All in all a very nice stay. Thank you

Very clean and comfortable spacious 1 bedroom apartment with all amenities provided. Great location, walking distance to Britomart and Viaduct with supermarkets closeby. Airport shuttle bus is a 2 minutes walk from the apartment. The Auckland City Mission is across the road and there are people hanging around mainly in the mornings and evenings.

The place is cozy. Very clean. Has elevator. Foods nearby. Church nearby. But it was difficult to find the parking area. Very accommodating staff. However, we were only given 1 card to open the room and we were 3 in the room so when they go out to the garage or somewhere else, i am left alone without lights and power because they bring the key card which is used ro turn on the power. I can’t get out either to buy something.

Spacious room and bathroom. It was great to have a washing machine/dryer and kitchen. Central location to everything in the CBD. Checking in after hours was difficult and we tried to access the parking but could not find anyone to help us as the person we talked to on the intercom hung up on us twice. So that was disappointing.

The location is very good, just cross the street (5 mins walk) reach bus terminal for airport. The size of the room is big. But the counter service is not 24/7, found inconvenience if check-in after the service hour. It was said that the code was sent to me, but I could not receive through SMS when overseas, and the hotel had not sent me any email. Very frustrated when I reached the hotel after a long journey. In addition, I could not find switch for the fan in the bathroom.
