Super cost-effective five-star hotel! Although it is a bit messy in the city, a good hotel can really give people a full sense of security! Service: When you check in on the day of check-in, the guy will help you send your luggage to the room! The lady at the front desk was also very enthusiastic. On the day of departure, because the flight was booked at night, the lady arranged to postpone the check-out for two hours when the room was available. She also kindly told us that if the flight was at night, we could check out and take a shower in the gym downstairs before leaving! Hygiene: Overall, the hygiene is very good, and the gym is also very clean. When I went to the gym at night, I found that the staff was cleaning very seriously at more than 10:00 every night. The only flaw was that on the last day of my stay, I found a huge cockroach on the tea cabinet in the room, which was really terrible for me who was extremely afraid of cockroaches. It is recommended to strengthen pest control. Although it is not perfect, I will choose so/hotel without hesitation next time I come to Auckland.

The location is very convenient, within walking distance of Queen Street, the port and the shopping mall. Shopping, dining and convenience stores are all very close. There is valet parking service. It is very suitable as a transit when arriving in Auckland on the first day.
