I returned to the motel because my first stay was so pleasant and hosts are just very warm and welcoming.My family circumstances are challenging and the hosts are very understanding and helpful. The motel is as expected for about a three-star but is lovely and clean. It is great to have the pool for a dip as well

Really great affordable place to stay, was a great location to get around. We stayed in one of their newly renovated rooms, and it was top notch. Looked like they were doing heaps of upgrades around the place. Definitely will go back to stay, next time were up in Auckland.

The room was directly above a tennis court... and the club opened at 6am. Very unpleasant noise.
Facilities are very dated.
The pool was closed. It was half empty and green and it looked like the concrete around was being re-done.
The whole place felt shabby and old.
It would have been an ok place to stay had it been much cheaper. Felt overpriced for what it was.
