Nice accommodation in Auckland‘s North / Albany. Quiet area with two alpacas. The kitchen is well equipped, property well maintained and the double bed room was spacious.
Staff could barely speak English and you could easily hear the neighbours through the walls. The building‘s quality seems cheap.
Would recommend it for a shorter stay, therefore.

Our itinerary planned to head north from Auckland Airport. This B&B is not far from the airport, nor from the city itself. The feeling of living in the forest was beyond our expectations. The service was excellent, and the cleanliness was excellent. I'd like to stay here again on my return trip south, but it's always fully booked. This will be my top choice if I ever return to New Zealand. I hope the host and staff always keep the place clean and comfortable.

It's a pretty good hotel. The lady who manages the front desk is very nice. The room is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. The two little alpacas are also super cute. The only drawback is that the room is not very soundproof.

Good clean, quiet stay. Just the reception is not marked with any signage, so when you arrive it makes it hard to know where to go.

Great location for relaxing. It’s really quiet and allows you to appreciate all the surrounding nature. Fairly close to a lot of beaches, so it was very ideal for our summer trip.

An unusual stay, but difficult to put your finger on why ! Very remote and difficulty with communication with staff. Overall the accommodation was reasonable, just not welcoming.

We enjoyed our stay. Nice modern and well furnished property. Quiet location and long beach 5min drive away. Only thing was need to bring own linen as only bottom sheet and duvet provided and wasn’t stipulated on website. Comfy beds. Would stay here again.
