Everything was fine till having to switch rooms FROM 217 (room is so useless) walking into a room with wet cigs in the windows like bedded for 2 weeks, dirty towels and a plastic bag over the smoke detector thinking I’d get blamed for it. Never have an issue here but who ever cleaned didn’t care that day and it showed. I clean for a living and would kill for a job like this and this was bad. I never usually say simple things but maybe it’s time for new staff I get almost 40 an hour and the room was crazy unclean. Also if you stay more than 2 days staff don’t check on you or change bedding unless ‘called

this hotel needs updating
This hotel needs updating. Carpets need cleaned or new ones. The floors are def not clean. My feet were so dirty after walking around the room. The couch has stains on it. We covered it with a sheet. The location is great and service was good but it has not been updated in years, its non smoking yet you could smell **** in the hallways and the door at the entrance A was broken so anyone could just yank and in you go. Big safety issue. With some deep cleaning and care this would be 4-5 star hotel .

Breakfast was great. The cleaning lady was very nice to us when we were checking out. The only issue that I had was the TV not working in the living room and preferring a full-size fridge not a mini fridge but everything else was excellent.

Dated, but clean
We made this reservation last minute and it was the best option we had, but would not have selected this hotel normally. The hotel was run down, but clean, the staff was pleasant and our room was comfortable (we had a suite).
