This is the 2nd time my husband and I have stayed here and I really love it, it’s always nice and super relaxing. But honestly most of all I like the staff, they are all so nice and accommodating but not in a fake, “I’m nice bc it’s my job” way (if that make sense) they just seem to genuinely like their jobs and want to help, which says a lot. I really love this hotel.

The room is very clean and convenient for travel. The service attitude of the hotel staff is also good and they are quite enthusiastic. If I travel next time, I will probably choose this hotel again.

Just finished our 5th trip to One Ocean in the last 10 years so you know we love it! The resort is exclusive but comfortable offering the amenities we enjoy including beach service, pool service, spa, and exceptional dining at Azurea. We’ve actually gotten to know a few members of the staff as they appear to have a stable work force. Atlantic Beach and Neptune Beach are very walkable offering unique shops and exceptional dining options. We made the 20 minute drive one night to Ponte Vedra for dinner and love how so many places are just a short drive. Finally, we love the fact that it is not crowded like so many places in Northern Florida. As One Ocean begins renovations next month, our only hope is that the hospitality and service remain intact for years to come.

What a wonderful experience as we celebrated our wedding anniversary! The staff prepared our room well and added special touches which were greatly appreciated. Conner at the front desk was especially welcoming and cordial.

Wonderful gem on the beach. Clean well appointed rooms and Tori our waitress at breakfast was top notch service. She was so great with our triplets and very accommodating. Ask for her when you go for breakfast.

Visit #2 to One Ocean Spa to kick off my Spring Break and they did not disappoint. The massage and body scrub were just what I needed. I appreciate the attentiveness and care of the staff! Thanks to the ladies at the front for their great customer service!

My wife and I honeymooned here and come back every year. Even though the spa and restaurant were going thru upgrades Adrian and the staff made our stay excellent. Can't wait to come back and see the upgrades.
