Wyndham Atlanta Buckhead Hotel & Conference Center Reviews

We had a very short rest night for our connecting flight out of Atlanta, about 6 hours only, We booked at this hotel because it is close to Lenox station and the area is considered safe in Atlanta. We can walk from the station to the hotel with luggage at night and back to the station in the early morning. The rooml is clean and with full amenity. We usually rent a car when we visit more days in Atlanta. If the hotel could offer free parking for the hotel guests, we will choose this hotel again.

Nice hotel, clean room. Hall was always a mess but that is probably due to being on the same floor as the Conference Center. Pool was kind of a mess, it looked like several days worth of regular debris that falls in an outdoor pool. There was no hot tub, which the site advertised and I was really looking forward to. I also don't know why I have to pay $5 to self park in the $35/day parking garage. Just call it $40.

The room I booked included breakfast, but the hotel told me when I checked in that it didn't. So, I called Trip.com customer service and they quickly solved the problem for me!👍 The location of the hotel is very good, there are two large high-end shopping malls nearby. The hotel room is big enough, but all facilities are outdated.

It's terrible. I booked this hotel on Ctrip last year. It was called Marriott at the time, and later changed to Wyndham. When I arrived at the hotel, the front desk told me that they couldn't find the order and asked me to pay extra to check in. I was unfamiliar with the place at the time, so I had to pay more than a thousand dollars. Later, I contacted Ctrip to confirm the order, but the money I paid was not refunded until a month later. The breakfast was very bad, there was no vegetables, and at first they said I didn't have breakfast. I showed them the order but they didn't recognize it. I asked Ctrip to contact them before they agreed, and then they stared at me for a tip. The sanitation was not cleaned every day. One night, there was a dog in the room next to me that kept barking. I told the front desk that I wanted to change floors. The front desk said that the rooms were full. I clearly saw that there were no guests, but they sent me away like this.

It's rubbish. The hotel room smells bad and the front desk is not nice.

It's OK. It's good if you don't have to pay for parking.
