It’s not a large hotel but is good, clean, the stuff very nice all were good!! I recomment it and is not far from the downtown at all

Excellent customer service in a great location, everything was super convenient.

The hotel front desk staff were very nice and the hotel was clean and hygienic. The hotel is very close to ancient sites such as the Acropolis and the Temple of Zeus. The hotel room is not small, but the design is problematic. The shower room has no door or curtain, and the water flows into the toilet. The elderly must be careful.

The female employee at the counter complained that she couldn't understand English, so I took a star off the service. I think they need to train the employees. Do I have to be good at English when it's not my native language??? The other employees are friendly. Breakfast is okay, but there's definitely a lot of bread. There's also a lot of fruit, so I mainly ate fruit. The facilities are clean, and the location is good for a historic site, but it's a bit of a walk to go shopping.
