Living room area has a 70" TV with DVD player, family friendly DVD collection, Youtube and streaming access. Location is in a quiet residential neighborhood less than 5 miles from the UGA football stadium. Free parking for 2 cars available in the driveway, and additional parking on the street.
The back yard features a covered deck with bar height table, gas fire ring, outdoor wood fireplace, and a large grass open fenced area with a concrete splashpad for the kids. Please let us know if you would like to have some visitors during the day. We have a gas grill, and and 36" griddle that can be used for outdoor cooking. You can relax in the comfortable seating area around the fireplace while the kids splash away!
