Hôtel du Parc

Pretty family hotel with a simple but tasty breakfast.   Parking not clear when you arrive but just go a bit past the hotel and there is free parking on the left hand side (seems to serve some apartments  but no signs saying you can’t park).  Staff are great 😁

Great little hotel, nicely renovated Good breakfast - continental style Welcoming staff, the check in and checkout process was seamless Comfy bed, rooms clean, we had a standard double room, it was fairly spacious. Good location - 8 mins walk from the station Would happily stay again

We stayed at Hôtel du Parc Ath because of its close proximity to Pairi Daiza, a zoo just a short train ride away (from Ath to Cambron-Casteau) which we wanted to spend two days exploring. Right from the start, we were made to feel very welcome by the friendly and helpful staff. The hotel itself is on a quiet street just minutes walk away from the train station, with easy links to Brussels. The room was very clean and spacious with lots of amenities including tea, coffee, bottled water, chocolate and slippers. Our bathroom was also large with both a bath and a separate shower. The TV had streaming services, which you could sign into or connect your phone. At breakfast, there was a continental selection and we were given the choice of how our eggs would be cooked. Ath is a pleasant French-speaking city where we really enjoyed spending time - staying here was absolutely delightful and I am sure we will be back.
