Upon arrival, our room had a bad smell. We got a deodorizer to battle that but the first night our AC unit rattled on and off like a 747 was taking off. The whole night. Breakfast muffins were stale. Egg bites were disgusting. Waffles were good. We talked to the desk clerk about the smell and the AC unit. Asked to have it looked at. When we got back later that afternoon- the room did smell so much better. Extra towels were left (we had asked) so they delivered. AC was much better the 2nd night. 3rd night the rattle was back! Awful. My husband figured out if we pulled out on the vent- it helped. So that was the problem? Anyway we checked out on Sunday and we talked to some other folks staying there and they also had a horrible AC experience and just ran their fan instead. It was our daughter’s wedding weekend and sadly our sleeping experience was horrible but her wedding was amazing. So that helped!
