There is a dedicated butler who is very enthusiastic when checking in, but can't be contacted when something happens. We had two deluxe Nile River view rooms, but we didn't expect that the drains were all blocked after taking a shower. The water flowed from the shower room to the sink. Someone was called to check, and they asked if we flushed something and blocked the drain. It's so angry. Such an expensive hotel, but the room facilities are actually very old.
