The room was quite dusty, and we're allergic to dust, so we've been having a hard time these past few days. The staff said it was due to the weather, saying it would be much better in winter. Winter? Does Egypt have winter? I can't see it in detail, but overall it looked quite clean. The service was quite polarized, with some being enthusiastic and responsive, while others were indifferent and ignored. The tall, thin woman in the restaurant had already complained to the hotel. When I ordered, she was engaged in a conversation with her friends. Only after someone reminded her did she come over and tell us to wait a minute, then went back to chatting. Two New Zealanders were passing by the restaurant, and she approached them and said they didn't need to wait a minute, as they were just passing by. I'd already complained, and I was left with such a horrible experience. The rest of the service was excellent.

酒店位置非常優越，尼羅河景觀超棒👍辦理入住時的歡迎飲品是當地特有的漿果製成，酸甜爽口。客房面積大，床品舒適。房間內備有歡迎信和水果點心，夜床服務會送上巧克力和飲用水。早餐品種豐富，食物新鮮、可選擇的多。每天下午可預約參觀名人政要曾入住過的房間，遇到的每一位工作人員都挺熱情的。

這酒店的人文歷史情懷會大於這個酒店，本身就是設計風格和實際居住體驗，其實是沒有什麼性價比的，但是畢竟百年傳奇，風景確實很美。優點網上的人都已經誇讚完了，我唯一在這裏住的缺點就是可能因為這個酒店歷史比較悠久，我覺得陽光照射不到的走廊始終有點陰森，我在這裏晚上都沒有睡好房間那兩個拱形門黑黢黢的半夜突然醒來個人而言有點嚇人，可能是我老土吧，住不來這種百年老裝修風格的酒店，半夜睡不着，沒休息好。覺得有點磁場不適應。
